Extensive menu, great prices, and good take-out. Can't go wrong here! All of the workers here are very friendly and personable. Great service ☺️

Ordered combination chicken and mixed vegetables. There were a lot of vegetables, but no flavor. Nothing like New York City Chinese food. The egg rolls looked like spring rolls there was very little filling. Was nothing but dry. Was very disappointing.

Wow! I never review resturants, but THIS, was way too good not to review. Prices were very reasonable, service was prestige, and the food was out of this world. I did not expect such quality from this resturant, will be coming back🙂

I used to love eating here but the last 4 times I’ve ordered the food hasn’t been fresh and tastes different then it used to. Very disappointing. There’s literally no good Chinese food in Oswego now.

This place was great everything I've goten so far has been fantastic. Service is good. I've never had a bad dish every time I go it's always good. Tastes fresh. I go every chance I can. I recommend it as 1 of the best take outs I've been to and I travel slot and love Chinese food. Good portions great price.

Absolutely the worst. KandQ is currently closed due to Covid dealio so we figured we'd check out Food Chow City. I've never had Sesame Chicken where the chicken isn't crispy. Additionally my Sesame Chicken was orange with sesame seeds on it. Strangely my daughters General Tso was also orange. Could it be that they get bags of pre-made orange chicken and use this as the base for the chicken meals? I've seen KandQ dipping chicken pieces and deep frying them, so I know they make it in house. Food Chow City sesame chicken is not fried, hence the not crispy chicken. Thankfully KandQ is opening Fri.

Been eating at Food Chow for many years. New ownership has maintained their fine standard. Good food and service.

I like their cashew chicken, it has stir fried, not deep fried chicken. I hate when these restaurants put deep fried chicken in dishes that should be stir fried which is now a trend so be careful. This dish was good and prepared correctly.

Place has been here a long time. Hit or miss. Little iffy where they are sourcing there chicken. I went into the kitchen once and saw piles of bones which for someone who spent 6 years working in restaurants I found odd. The food quality is OK. Probably the best Asian restaurant in town. I don’t think they got a Panda Express in the area...yet.

when I order Chinese this is the only place I order from. Best Chinese in Oswego they recently revamped the menu before it was very good now its outstanding. If you haven't ordered from them recently do so .

Absolutely disgusting. I used to eat here all the time until recently I found what appeared to be a fruit fly in sweet and sour sauce. I thought ok maybe it was just an accident or something. Gave the place another chance thinking it wasnt a big deal and after examining the food more closely found a different type of bug in my sweet and sour again and one in my egg roll ! Look closely if you decide to eat here.

Have to say, this place delivered AND DELIVERED AGAIN! VERY IMPRESSED with their customer service. FRESH FOOD AND DELICIOUS! Small snafu; however, they RECTIFIED it quickly. Will DEFINITELY order next time I'm in town while traveling.

Ordered moo shu pork... Tasted great... Would have been better with REAL pancakes... NOTspring roll wraps. Chewy... But the moo Shi was very good.Would have been 5 stars... But... No pancakesI got it for the pancakes.
